Thank god Bush and the Republican Congress are looking out for us, the economy is going well, and we owe it all to Bush. Okay, I am kidding, the economy is in the tank, the only people making money are the uber-wealthy that Bush loves so much.

Here is a story from the Washington Post, which shows that the working class, the ones that bought the lies of BushCo and voted away their own best interests are now losing there houses.

Philadelphia, its suburbs and indeed much of Pennsylvania have experienced a foreclosure epidemic as low-income homeowners take on mortgage debt they cannot afford. In 2000, the Philadelphia sheriff auctioned 300 to 400 foreclosed properties a month; now he handles more than 1,000 a month. Allegheny County, which includes Pittsburgh, had record auctions of foreclosed homes, and officials speak of a “Depression-era” problem. The foreclosures fall particularly hard on black and Latino families.

Foreclosure rates rose in 47 states in March, according to Foreclosure.com, an online foreclosure listing service. The rates in Florida, Texas and Colorado are more than twice the national average. Even in New York City and Boston, where real estate markets are white-hot, foreclosures are rising in working-class neighborhoods.

Do any of you actually believe that it is one mans fault that people are no longer able to run up tens of thousands of dollars in debt, and simply take no responsability for it? It use to be that it was embaressing to file bankrupsy, anymore it is abused to the point that the rest of us are responsable for paying for others irresponsability.
President Bush is doing an excellent job considering that when he took office he was forced to fix the issue of the largest attack on domestic soil. Which costs lots of money, you liberal know-it-alls!
Keep thinking you are right by bashing a good man with the best intentions in mind.
Sincerely,
A Former Marine and Proud American…

Intentions do not keep houses out of forcloser.

If you think Bush is doing a great job, you are in the monority. The numbers don’t lie.

Your comments tell me that you are doing nothing but paroting back what you are told. VERY few people in this nation use bankr. to get away from CC Bils, most it is medical bills, many more it is loss of job…

You call me a liberal know-it-all, and I say, thank you, at least have have taken the time to find out the facts, not just buy everything I am told. Read up on what is really going on, then come here and make some educated statements.

As for your seconds statment, you should look into the “largest attack” stuff. The boarders are no safer than before 9/11, Bush’s own people say that airlines are not safer, our ports are not secure, we have “No fly zones” around Disny World, but not most of the Chemical and Nuke plants in this nation. Man, are you really that much of a tool? Has there ever been anything this man told you that you did not drink as fact?

You should stop watching FOX news and start learnign on your own, thinking… Your whole comment scares me, that you buy this without question…

Sincerely,
A Disabled Vet, and Educated American.
