This is great, I guess he did not make it as a right-wing nut, and he is coming to the side of the people, even gay people… We may also get know what his pet name was for Scott when he rolled off of him.

I have a real serious question… Who was Jeff/James Gammon/Guckert screwing at the White House? The Raw Story has received a bunch of info via a FOIA that Jeff signed into the White House a little short of 200 times in 2 years. This is not shocking information, not in Bush's White House. But some real odd info is coming out about this new found information…

James Guckert made 34 trips to the White House when there was nothing scheduled to go on. You see, you may not know this, but the normal White House press pool goes on Air Force One with the President, so if there was nothing going on at the White House, then why did James show up?

There is also many occasions where he did not sign out, and even some info to show he left from exits other then the main one that the press has to go thought. How did he do that? I mean, are we saying that James was allowed to roam the White House at will? Or was he "escorted" by someone who did have free reign..

Well I am not sure what to make of all this, but the recent death of author Hunter Thompson has had many people digging around. It was said that Hunter was working on a book about a underage male prostitution ring ran out of the White House. So the "suicide" is not flying with all people…

Is it just me or is JeffJames GannonGuckert just not getting it. I went to Gannon's newly reopened site and discovered that he gave an interview lifelikepundits.com, he said he did so because he "Old Media will not, that is, giving me an opportunity to answer questions without editing, filtering or interpretation."

Now after I read these questions it only proved that JamesJeff is in fact "divorced from reality".

8. What do you hope to accomplish now that you have re-entered the public domain? Obviously, a book deal is in the future. What message are you hoping to send by telling your story?

Gannon: I hope to correct some of the misconceptions in the media about me and my reporting. There is much to put in a book that is important to understanding this story. I see Gannongate an episode that has long-range implications. Journalism has been undergoing a transformation for some time but important issues have been ignored. My situation brought them all to the forefront.

Please remember the following from Gannon's statement above, "I hope to correct some of the misconceptions in the media about me and my reporting."

9. Are you gay?

Gannon: I know my answer will disappoint your readers, but this is a personal matter that I don’t consider relevant to the story. I will say for the record that it is not for me judge others on the basis of their sexuality, that is something for them to reconcile in their own lives.

4. Suppose you are gay, how would you reconcile that with your conservative beliefs? Do you see a conflict?

Gannon: You are asking me to comment on a hypothetical.

5. You mentioned on your website that: “Like all of us have at one time or another, I made poor choices and exercised bad judgment. But I believe in a forgiving God who changed my life. It was through that renewal that I went on to have a career as a reporter and further blessed to become a White House correspondent.” Please describe your relationship with God. Again, supposing that you are gay, how would you reconcile that with your religious beliefs? Do you believe a person can be both gay and religious? Do you believe a person can be gay, religious and a conservative?

Gannon: Again, you are asking me to comment on a hypothetical.

Why are you here if you are not going to correct some of the misconceptions?

So here are my 10 questions, I will keep them simple so, as to not confuse you. A dare you to answer them.

1. How much money did you make as a male Hooker?
2. Did you file taxes on the Hooker money?
3. You said "I was a reporter for a news service that published 5 days a week to a national audience in the hundreds of thousands. I wrote over 500 articles for Talon News. The basic news story answers the questions: Who, what, where, when, why. My stories did that." What parts of the above is a lie? All of it?
4. My 3 year old niece has learned to write her name, is she a journalist?
5. When you say "wrote over 500 articles" is wrote some sort of code word for cut and paste?
6. It cost $200 an hour, if you prematurely ejaculated, do I get a prorated bill?
7. I once was published in the Washington Post, the City Paper, and the Washington Blade, am I a seasoned journalist given your standards?
8. Do you know that your site is a joke, are you to dumb to set up real blogging software, or are you deafly afraid to open your "wrote" articles (see Question 5) to comments from the open public (Kind of a defining feature of a blog)
9. One time, while in the military I took a 3 day "course" in triage and first air, can I call myself a doctor?
10. We all think there is a book deal in the works, are you going to write it? And if so, are you going to learn English before you do but “pen to paper”? A follow-up, do you know that WORD and other word processes have spell-check built in? Those red squiggles under a words are not there because WORD likes what you have to say.

Well as for as I can tell, Jeff/James is not what we call a reader. With the reopening of his site, he has shown that he is “divorced from reality” and thinks people are coming to his site to read his brilliant cuting and pasting job, but in fact we are there to point and laugh. A comment that comes to mind when I go there is, “What an egotistical ass, he thinks we care what he has to say”

Well from the "To Good to be True" file, the man whore James Guckert aka Jeff Gannon has thrown common sense into the wind and reopened his jeffgannon.com. With the new catch phrase "So feared by the left they had to take me down" James dives into the world of faux-blogging.

As an aside, I say faux because one of the arts of blogging to open up your stories to comment, something James has not done. I suspect that Mr. Guckert is a little to dense to setup blogging software (His blog is a static site built in FrontPage), or is deafly afraid that opening his site up for comment will dent his reality.

He opens his site with the following diatribe,

I’Im baaaaaaack! If you thought I was going to slink away - then you don’t know much about me. Someone still has to battle the Left and now that I’ve emerged from the crucible, I’m stronger than before.

Despite all the pleas from the Left to go over to the ‘dark side’ and expose the ‘corrupt Bush administration’ simply isn’t going to happen. My faith and my ideology are rock solid.

Still, the last few weeks have been difficult for my family and my associates. To them I offer my apology and gratitude for their support.

In regard to the allegations about my personal life, I have been advised by my attorneys not to comment on any of the details pending the outcome of any possible legal action I might pursue. Therefore, I won’t be discussing any of that stuff here.

Mr Guckert, we here on the left do not fear you, far from it. I personally laugh at you, I sometimes feel bad for you, because I suspect that are far too dumb to know you are being used, and far to egotistical to see the truth.

We also never had any expectation that you were "to go over to the ‘dark side’ and expose the ‘corrupt Bush administration’", we do not need you over here, your writing skills are poor at best (Mine are not much better, but them, I never claimed to be a journalist), and there is plenty of decent for Bush in cyberspace, your "services" are not needed.

I want to thank you for bring your page back online, it will make for a good laugh, and given how clueless you are, it is only a matter of time before you say something (else) you are going to regret.

Well the Gannongate is getting some real legs in the main stream media (MSM), and the main catalyst for this is JeffJames himself.

He went on CNN's Anderson Cooper on Friday (Covered Here), his stammered responses and total dodges only raised more questions then it answered.

Jeff Gannon is considering suing liberal interest groups, bloggers and others for a “political assassination” that drove him from his job as a reporter for a conservative news outfit called Talon News, he told NEWSWEEK. Gannon, whose real name is James Guckert, singled out Media Matters — a “well-funded” liberal group headed by longtime “attack dog” David Brock. (”Everything we wrote about him came from the public record,” Brock replied.)

It remains unclear how Gannon got routine White House press access for nearly two years; he acknowledged he first began getting clearance to White House press briefings in early 2003 as a representative of GOPUSA, a group headed by Texas GOP activist Bobby Eberle-months before Eberle even created Talon News. Gannon said he had no access to White House aides outside the press room, nor did he try to interview any. When President Bush called on him at a press conference last month-during which he asked a question with false info about Sen. Harry Reid-”nobody was more surprised than myself,” said Gannon.

I say go for it dude. Talk about have all your dirty laundry aired for all to see. We could have all your sites entered for ever into public record. "If it pleases the court, I would like to enter into evidence that Mr Gannon is a "Top!" and you can have him nail you in the stink pipe for $200 an hour, or $1200 a weekend"

Well in an attempt to regain some creditability, the journalist, whom has no credibility, has gone on a media stint tiring to make the world feel sorry for him.

Last night he was a stammering idiot on CNN's Anderson Cooper (Video Courtesy of Media Matters.), the interview basic broke down to 11 or 12 mins of "Ummm, well…" and "Duh, you see…"

Much of the sparing was funny, but the part that was down right funny, and is the point of the whole story…

COOPER: Because this is news to just about everybody. You know, Talon News wasn’t registered I think until, well, March 29th of 2003. I think the first articles didn’t appear until April 1st. So I guess the questions that are being raised why were you at — allowed to go to a White House briefing if you are working for GOPUSA, which is a clearly partisan organization?

GANNON: There are many, many organizations, many people that are allowed to attend the White House briefings. I don’t know the criteria they use.

COOPER: But you weren’t even publishing anything. You weren’t reporting anything.

GANNON: Well, actually, I was at the time.

COOPER: When was the first article you ever published?

GANNON: Well, you’re — I don’t know that, because I’m here in your studio here. And I don’t know the answer to specific dates. All I can tell you is that — and frankly, all these questions about Talon News and GOPUSA, you need to ask them about that, because I don’t represent them any longer.

COOPER: Yeah, we’ve asked them. They refuse to talk about it.

GANNON: Well, I mean, they would be the ultimate authority on that.

COOPER: This liberal group, Media Matters, which I’m sure you know well about. They have been very critical about you, really looked into this probably closer than just about anybody. They say that essentially, you are not a real reporter. And it’s not even a question of being an advocate, that you have directly lifted large segments of your reports directly from White House press releases.

GANNON: All my stories were usually titled “White House Says,” “President Bush Wants,” and I relied on transcripts from the briefings, I relied on press releases that were sent to the press for the purpose of accurately portraying what the White House believed or wanted.

COOPER: But using the term “reporting” implies some sort of vetting, some sort of research, some sort of — I mean, that’s called faxing or Xeroxing, if you are just lifting transcripts and putting them into an article.

GANNON: If I am communicating to my readers exactly what the White House believes on any certain issue, that’s reporting to them an unvarnished, unfiltered version of what they believe.

Now this is the heart of the story, they part that Jeff/James can't get thought that thick head of his.

You had never published anything (Except photos of yourself on gay escort sites), and yet you were in the White House. Why was essentially a person off the streets allowed into the White House? You had ZERO by lines, you had no credentials of any kind, you had nothing. If we go by your standards, that simply putting pen to paper makes you a journalist, then when you first stepped foot in the White House you were for all extent and purposes a Gay Prostitute.

You are now on this crusade to make us feel sorry for you, and that is not going to happen. You through me, and my fellow Fags under the bus. You used your phony "news" outlet to openly support an administration that did not have your best interests in mind. You are a self hating queer, and nothing more, and like most of your ilk, your dirty secrets have been found out, and you run and hide under "your faith".

God hates liars, and to truly receive forgiveness is a multi-step process, Step one is to ask for forgiveness, the second part will be your doom; you have to not do it again. I have 200 Bucks an hour or $1200 a weekend that says you do.

Several members of Congress have intensified criticism of the White House's media credentialing process and are demanding an investigation after a conservative reporter with dubious credentials was unmasked as working for a GOP political operative.

But the story of James D. Guckert, who worked under the alias "Jeff Gannon," took on a more salacious tone early this week, when gay activist John Aravosis provided evidence that Guckert had worked as a gay escort and posted profiles featuring nude pictures of himself on various Web sites, including MaleCorps.com and MeetLocalMen.com. Aravosis reported that Guckert's profile on an escort site remained active until May 2003 - just before he began writing for Talon News.

Since the Aravosis report, two sources have confirmed to the Washington Blade that Guckert attended a December 1998 Christmas party near Leesburg, Va., that "always turns into an orgy toward the end."

The party was described as being predominantly for gay men, though not exclusively. The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that about 25 people attended. The sources provided to the Blade two photos from that party of a man who appears to be Guckert. In one image which the Blade has decided not to publish, the man poses with his arm around another man and his penis is exposed.

Guckert responded to inquiries for this article, but declined to comment. He has not commented publicly about his sexual orientation.

The gay revelations are significant, some gay rights advocates have asserted, because Guckert worked for anti-gay employers. Guckert worked for Talon News and GOPUSA, which are both owned by Texas Republican activist Bobby Eberle. Talon News is a Web site regarded as a Republican propaganda outlet and not a reputable journalistic enterprise. Eberle acts as editor in chief for Talon News.

Guckert, writing under the name Gannon, regularly reported on the news of the day including a few gay-related stories. In one article, "California Gays Celebrate Domestic Partner Law," Gannon reported that "Homosexual advocates in California are hailing a new law that went into effect on Jan. 1 that established

Well like the gift that keeps on giving, Jeff Gannon, or James Gukert, has given us some more dirt to look at.

So in the end, why does this matter? Why does it matter that Jeff Gannon may have been a gay hooker named James Guckert with a $20,000 defaulted court judgment against him? So he somehow got a job lobbing softball questions to the White House. Big deal. If he was already a prostitute, why not be one in the White House briefing room as well?

This is the Conservative Republican Bush White House we’re talking about. It’s looking increasingly like they made a decision to allow a hooker to ask the President of the United States questions. They made a decision to give a man with an alias and no journalistic experience access to the West Wing of the White House on a “daily basis.” They reportedly made a decision to give him - one of only six - access to documents, or information in those documents, that exposed a clandestine CIA operative. Say what you will about Monika Lewinsky - a tasteless episode, “inappropriate,” whatever. Monika wasn’t a gay prostitute running around the West Wing. What kind of leadership would let prostitutes roam the halls of the West Wing? What kind of war-time leadership can’t find the same information that took bloggers only days to find?

None of this is by accident.

Someone had to make a decision to let all this happen. Who? Someone committed a crime in exposing Valerie Plame and now it appears a gay hooker may be right in the middle of all of it? Who?

Ultimately, it is the hypocrisy that is such a challenge to grasp in this story. This is the same White House that ran for office on a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. While they are surrounded by gay hookers? While they use a gay hooker to write articles for their gay hating political base? While they use a gay hooker to destroy a political enemy? Not to mention the hypocrisy of a “reporter” who chooses to publish article after article defending the ant-gay religious-right point of view on gay civil rights issue.

Who in the White House is at the center of all of this? Who allowed this to go on in the People’s House? Who committed the crime of exposing Valerie Plame? Jeff Gannon has the answers to these questions, and boy we know he loves to talk.

So Jeff, I have a few questions…

How Much?

Well the "Conservative man" has created a frenzy of controversy. Hey, Jeff, if you read this site I want to let you know I am sure that the administration thanks you for your support. I personally want to thank you, you have given me new hope in the media. Let us hope that they start digging into things as much as those at DailyKOS, and World of Crap have done.
